Rates are quoted and charged in GBP inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Alternative currency rates are indicative only, are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation.
Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. Special offers and certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements.
To make a booking you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you.
Cards may be charged at the time of booking or at a later date depending on the rate or offer booked.
To cancel your booking please email the hotel directly quoting the Booking Reference Number issued with your confirmation.
Refunds due to cancellation: bookings made using a non-refundable rate will not be refunded and are ineligible for change. Other bookings may be cancelled or changed up to 5 days before the date of arrival. After this time full payment will be charged. Certain offers and special discounts may have their own specific charging and cancellation policy.
Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check-in at any time from 3pm until; 7pm on the scheduled day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11am (unless a later departure is stated as part of your Booking).
Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at a rate at the discretion of the Hotel.
Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy rules set by the Hotel.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave. Any lost keys will incur a charge of £40
Smoking including e-cigarettes and vaping are not permitted within Aultbea Hotel at any time. Any smoking or suspected smoking in a bedroom will incur a minimum charge of £150.00 for the cleaning/airing and potentially up to the lost revenue created if the room has to be put out of use.
Reservations for dining have a grace period of 15 minutes. If after that time you have not appeared, the table will be released and made available to other customers.
Our Hotel car park may have limited spaces available and space may not be available for the duration of your stay. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for theft, loss or damage.
Pets are only permitted in the bar area during normal business hours. Pets are strictly forbidden from the bedrooms. Please advise us in advance if you have an assistance dog.
